The
City Clerk's office is always
full of activity as the
Central Administration office
for the City of Spencer.
The City Clerk, Donna Fisher,
is primarily responsible
for the finances and record
keeping for our City. There
are five other full time
support staff members in
the Clerk's office portion
of the City Hall that strive
to assist the citizens of
Spencer. Among a wide variety
of duties for each staff
member, we have a Deputy
City Clerk who works primarily
with investments and payroll,
a Bookkeeper responsible
for the accounting system
records and reports, an
Accounting Assistant who
works with Public Works
and Solid Waste billing,
an Administrative Assistant
to assist the needs of our
citizens and is primarily
responsible for our Cemetery
records, and an Administrative
Assistant who's primary
focus is Accounts Receivable
for the City of Spencer.
As well as trying to do
our best to keep the wheels
of the City turning, our
primary concern is to assist
you in any way we possibly
can as we represent our
fine City! E-mail
the City's Clerk's office
if you have any questions
or concerns.
