The NW IA Regional Airport is owned by the City of Spencer. The Public Works Department has the primary maintenance
responsibility at the Airport. Leading Edge Aviation is contracted as
the Airport Manager and oversee the operations of the airport on a daily basis,
including rental of hangar space, fueling, charter flights, and general aviation
services.
